Requirement: Cross-dock, cold/freeze package and deliver perishable food items for export.  The Contractor will be required to provide the facility, equipment, supervision, and personnel to receive, account for, and ship perishable subsistence items. Product will be received in truckload and less than truckload quantities and consolidated and shipped as palletized loads, in both truckload and less than truckload quantities.


The contract resulting from this requirement will be Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide the facility, equipment, supervision, and personnel to receive, handle and ship Government owned perishable subsistence items to the following embarkation points for overseas shipment:


  • Charleston AFB, South Carolina
  • Norfolk NAS, Virginia
  • McGuire AFB, New Jersey
  • Base access will be required by the contractor

A single award contract is anticipated. The contract will consist of a five (5) year ordering period.
