This is an advance notice that the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) in March 2026. In addition, this is to notify all Industry Partners (IPs) that the Government intends to utilize the Highest Technically Rated with a Fair and Reasonable Price Approach as the selection method, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.103-3 (GSA Class Deviation Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)-2025-15).
