The GBU3 site (also known as the “Old Dump Site”) is a CBO property located off of Connaught Avenue / McIntyre Lane in the community of Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. This is a request for proposal (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services (Geotechnical) .
