INVITATION TO TENDER – EB144-261516 – Glace Bay Wharf Reconstruction Public Works and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for work that comprises of the demolition and reconstruction of existing wharf structures D1 to D11.
