Notice of Contract Award Contract No. FA4890-13-C-0008 Solicitation No. FA4890-12-R-0024 Headquarters, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (ACC AMIC) has awarded the above contract for the EC-130H/A-10 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD). Award was made to BGI, LLC, 520 South Main Street, Suite 2448, Akron, Ohio 44311, on 29 Jul 2013 in the amount of $36,795,547.00. Six proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial - Firm Fixed Price contract with Cost Reimbursable Line Items for services to be performed at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ and Moody AFB, GA. There is a 2 month phase-in period that will be funded by FY13 O&M funds. The base year of performance will be funded with FY14 O&M funds as they are made available. The four, one year option periods (as each option is exercised), will be funded with O&M funds as they are made available IAW FAR Clause 52.323-18.
