Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, Correctional Services Canada and Coast Guard Canada, has a requirement for the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables on an as and when requested basis. A Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) will be awarded for a one year period to supply and deliver fresh fruit and vegetables to delivery zones in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. See solicitation document for more detailed descriptions of the delivery zones and locations. Delivery will be required for both static kitchens, as well as DND and CCG vessels.
Bidders may submit inquiries about this solicitation only through the Ariba messaging tool.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
