This procurement is divided into two primary components: Personnel Lifecycle Support (PLS) and Recruiting Management Administrative Support (RMAS). The PLS suite has a total estimated cumulative ceiling value of approximately 6.09 billion dollars, while the RMAS suite is estimated at approximately 1.52 billion dollars.
