Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for Construction Services for the reconstruction of existing wharf structure 412, Alberton (Northport) Small Craft Harbour, Northport, Prince County, PEI. The wharf will be replaced with a new steel sheet pile (SSP) structure. Work includes complete removal of existing wharf and launching ramp, installation of new SSP, wale system, tie-rods, anchor wall and toe-pins, placement of new rock infill, concrete deck, cap beam, and new asphalt pavement as indicated in the drawings and in the specifications.
