EDC 1846 Boardroom Retrofit Design, Supply & Install

The objective is to engage the services of an Audio Visual Design/Construction company or companies, to provide related services to assist EDC with updating its existing Executive Boardroom space. Through this competitive bid process, EDC intends to do the following:  Award of contract(s) to design, procure, configure and deploy new Microsoft Teams Certified equipment. Receive a breakdown of costs for all goods along that shows list price and vendor discounted price of all hardware and components required to implement the proposed solution. Remove unneeded equipment and reorganize the hardware racks and technical equipment in the Boardroom and control room/hardware closet. Test the installation and integration and provide documented configuration and training to EDC technical personnel. Develop a framework/contract(s) for a minimum and extended warranty/maintenance period ex.
