Educational Video Production

The City of York’s Bureau of Health is seeking qualified video production firms, media professionals, or creative agencies to develop and produce educational videos centered on substance use prevention, recovery awareness, harm reduction, and community health education. The contractor will collaborate closely with the Bureau and local experts, including healthcare providers, recovery specialists, and community leaders, to create culturally responsive and engaging content for public dissemination. The project aims to educate residents about substance use and available recovery resources, reduce the stigma associated with addiction, promote harm reduction and overdose prevention strategies, and increase awareness of local treatment and support services through accessible and trusted public health information.
