ULS was awarded a requirements-like contract for FY13-17 Launch Vehicle Production Services (LVPS) and annual options for associated Launch Capability FY15-19. FY14 Launch Capability effort CLINS were awarded as base CLINs on a previous modification to this contract. This modification, PZ0001, serves to: 1) Definitize the FY13 LVPS CLINs incorporated under letter contract FA8811-13-C-0003, effective 26 June 2013; 2) Order FY14 LVPS in support of the following Air Force (AF) and National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO) launch vehicle configurations: AF Atlas V 501, AF Atlas V 511, AF Delta IV 4,2, AF Delta IV 5,4, and a NRO Delta IV Heavy; 3) Establish Firm Fixed Price LVPS Configuration prices valid for the LVPS ordering period, FY13-FY17. The LVPS cores shall be ordered under a Requirements-like contract structure based on established annual maximums over the 5-year ordering period 4) Establish priced, annual Option CLINs by fiscal year for FY15 - FY19 Launch Capability (Cost Plus Incentive Fee), FY15 - FY19 Mission Integration (Cost Plus Incentive Fee), FY15 - FY19 Base and Range Support (Cost Plus Fixed Fee), FY15 - FY16 Backlog Transportation (FFP), FY15 - FY19 Atlas and Delta Depreciation (FFP), and FY15 - FY19 Maintenance Commodities (Cost Plus Fixed Fee). The current Period of Performance for FA8811-13-C-0003 is dependent on the launch of the last LVPS ordered under this contract and is currently anticipated to be during the 2nd quarter of FY18.
