All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on August 24, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Request for Standing offer (RFSO) to obtain specialized construction services for the removal and disposal of hazardous materials containing mainly asbestos, mould, lead and Bird droppings, as well as for insulation, demolition and/or deconstruction work. All details related to the requirement are found in the solicitation. PWGSC intends to authorize a maximum of four (4) standing offers, each for a period of (2) years from date of issue with the possibility of two (2) option years. The percentage of work volume allocation will be: (30) % to the first ranked Offeror; (30) % to the second ranked Offeror; (20) % to the third ranked Offeror; (20) % to the fourth ranked Offeror.
