AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 2, 2023 at 2:00 pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide preventative maintenance services on automatic man doors for Public Works and Government Services Canada at various locations in Ottawa, Ontario. The Contractor must provide all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour to perform the work required for the maintenance of the equipment. The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is an optional site visit associated with this requirement, the site visit to be held at 229 Wellington Street, Ottawa (Confederation Building) on April 20, 2023 that will begin at 10:00 am EDT. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than April 11, 2023 at 2:00 pm EDT to confirm attendance of the person(s) holding a valid security clearance at the required level who will attend.
