AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 16, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is to provide the maintenance services of the elevating devices and all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and service as mentioned within the Statement of Work attached herein at Annex F. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. A mandatory site visit will start at 3851 Fallowfield Rd on July 24, 2024 at 10:00 EDT. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than July 17, 2024 at 14:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
