NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8486-249244/A dated March 2, 2023 with a closing of March 21, 2023 at 2:00pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the repair and overhaul (R&O) of the Department of National Defence (DND) Airfield Snow and Ice Control (ASNIC). The work includes: inspection, testing, repairs, training, and technical investigation.
The work under this requirement will be carried out for a three (3) year period from the effective date of contract award, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional option periods of one (1) year under the same terms and conditions.
All Work will be conducted on an as-and-when-required basis, as detailed in a Task Authorization Form (DND 626 form).
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
