AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 29, 2025 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is for PWGSC located at multiple buildings Ottawa, Ontario in the NCR to provide maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, to ensure the integrity and uninterrupted performance of the systems in accordance with the Statement of Work. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will be held on January 8th, 2025 at 10:00am EST. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than December 19, 2024 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
