AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 19, 2026 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide labour, transportation, equipment, and materials for the plant maintenance of the living wall, located at 180 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The services must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work attached at Annex A. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on December 18, 2025 at 10:00am.Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm EST, December 12 , 2025 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit.
