This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) related to the Electrical District 2 - Saguaro No. 2 115-KV Transmission Line Rebuild Construction Project. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237130 with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated over $10 Million. Place of performance will be in Pinal County, Arizona. This project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary to remove approximately 37 miles of existing transmission line with wood structures and install a new transmission line with steel structures and associated equipment.
