Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is seeking information regarding capability and availability of potential small business contractors to perform work that involves the replacement of approximately 13 - 480V Motor Control Centers and 9 - 480V power panels. This involves removing the original panels and supplying, installing and connecting the new panels to the existing wiring. Additionally, the contractor maybe required to perform a settings analysis and shall provide and install new trip settings in accordance with operational, protection and arc-flash requirements. This work will be performed at Fort Peck project in Fort Peck, MT. Plant 1 was placed into service in 1950 with Plant 2 following in 1956. This project will be evaluated using the Best Value format based on the contractor's submitted proposal. Duration of construction contract is estimated to be 730 calendar days. This Sources Sought Notice is part of the market research activities and your responses are sought to identify potential sources that have the knowledge, skill, equipment, experience and past performance necessary to perform the aforementioned construction services.
