The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting for an Electrical and Air Contractor to move back an existing pole used to support mail machine airlines and electric anchored into a concrete floor.

Please contact Dennis Blair to schedule a site visit at Dennis.Blair@das.ohio.gov or (614) 644-1949. Only suppliers that have attended a site walkthrough will be eligible for award selection. Awarded supplier must schedule work within 5 days of purchase order receipt. Work to commence Monday through Friday during Fulfillment business hours of operation, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Supplier must provide detailed quote/proposal of cost breakdown to align with submitted bid total. Please also attach a document that includes bidder contact name, bidder contact phone number, email address, and bidder service department phone number.Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract and a written contract may be executed by DAS.Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. Selection of a bidder for award will be based on the lowest and responsive and responsible quote.The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.
