THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Department of Justice /Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified Small Businesses, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business) to set aside a Firm Fixed Price contract. Large businesses are allowed to submit a capability statement as well. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE REQUIRED: The Contractor must be able to collect fingerprints, save them in the required format as outlined by DCSA and the FBI, and transmit them utilizing DCSA Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) program. The SWFT program is a direct pipeline to the intended recipient(s), DCSA or FBI. Additionally, the SWFT program is governed by DCSA and the only authorized means of electronic transmission. *See attached Statement of Work (SOW) document All interested contractors who can meet the requirements stated above and in the SOW should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities statements and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contracting Specialist, Nilda F.
