Interested firms are invited to submit capability statements detailing their experience with integrated security systems, compliance with federal and defense cybersecurity and supply-chain standards, and ability to provide solutions that meet the government’s operational requirements. The response should include company information, socioeconomic status, relevant past projects, ability to serve as a prime contractor, and any acquisition or market insights relevant to this upgrade. Responses are requested by 2:00 PM EDT on May 20, 2026, and are intended solely for market research, not as a solicitation. The goal is to assess market capability and inform acquisition strategy without obligating the government to any commitment or contract award.
