Elevator Maintenance Services

The U.S. Army’s Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, is seeking qualified small businesses to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance services for seven designated buildings on post, including Buildings 315, 354, 390, 545, 552, 700, and 1340. The contract requires the contractor to supply all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and insurance to perform both routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure continuous, safe elevator operations. The base performance period begins on September 28, 2026, and extends through September 27, 2027, with four additional one-year option periods that the government may choose to exercise. This acquisition is fully reserved for small businesses under the NAICS code 811310, with a size standard of $12.5 million in annual receipts, and is being conducted as a total small business set-aside. The solicitation, identified as W912C3-26-Q-A015, will be released via the SAM.gov Contract Opportunities portal in August 2026 with no paper copies available. Interested vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management and have a current Online Representations and Certifications Application.
