The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Buchanan is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Elevator Maintenance Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, materials, transportation, equipment, services, insurances, supervision and all necessary to perform all repairs and routine preventive maintenance required to support elevators’ operation in Buildings 315, 354, 390, 545, 552, 700 and 1340 (New Army Reserve Centers) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The period of performance is for a base period to begin on Sep 28, 2026 through Sep 27, 2027, plus four option periods (each of 12 months periods), if exercised by the Government. This acquisition is Set- Aside 100% to Small Business Program. Certified vendors under NAICS code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repairs and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
