Elopement Alarm System

The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System is seeking a small business contractor to supply, install, and commission an Elopement Alarm System at the Tulsa VA Medical Center, with the goal of enhancing patient safety by monitoring eight doors across four floors and connecting to sixteen nurse station annunciators. The contract requires comprehensive installation services including all necessary wiring, device setup, testing, and removal of waste materials, with full compliance to OSHA, ANSI, NFPA-99, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 standards, as well as VA facility policies regarding safety, parking, weapons, and photography.
