FPV Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for ISR OperationsThe contract seeks the development and delivery of First-Person View unmanned aerial systems designed explicitly for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions in challenging operational environments, including those that are GPS-denied, high-electromagnetic interference, and maritime. These systems must deliver 45 to 60 minutes of endurance and be capable of rapid deployment to support time-sensitive missions. The technology must operate reliably under extreme conditions where conventional navigation and communication systems are compromised, demanding robust, self-contained avionics and resilient data links. The aircraft should be optimized for low-observable characteristics and field-ready handling to meet the demands of tactical special operations forces. This is a subcontract opportunity under the NAICS code 334511, tied to the Naval Special Warfare Command within the Department of Defense, with a performance location in San Diego, California, ZIP 92155. The solicitation was posted on May 5, 2026, and responses are due by December 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
