AMENDMENT 0004 HAS BEEN ADDED. Surge Support CLINS have been added to the solicitation. The word "optional" in regards to surge support has been removed from the PWS. Addendum 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 have also been corrected to add the surge CLIN information. Revised ocuments have been uploaded. No other changes have been made.

Verbiage in the PWS paragraph 1.3.8. has been added stating "When the Government require optional surge support, the contract will be modified at the rate specified for the baseline instructional CLINs (X001)."
