EMSS Gateway System System IAVA, STIG, and CVE compliant

This is a notice of intent to award a firm fixed-price contract to SIMPLEXGRINNELL LP to support the EMSS Gateway security system, access control and CCTV, needs to be STIG, IAVA and CVE compliant as required by DoD Regulations and Federal law, in order to maintain DISA accreditation. All scan findings and CVEs are to be fixed or mitigated. All patches and configuration changes must be tested prior to being installed on a Government production system. Contractor will provide a monthly report to the Government as to which STIG, IAVA and CVE findings were corrected and which ones still need to be fixed. This report will include information regarding why the findings were not fixed, mitigation that was done, and the estimated date that the findings will be corrected. Contractor will participate in all CCB meetings and telcons pertaining to the STIG, IAVA and CVE maintenance of the system. The existing service will expire on 25 September 2016. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. This purchase will be under the Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13, and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
