The United States Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review anticipates a Sole Source contract award for the procurement of VIQ/Encompass software maintenance support for: 1) Encompass Workstations - 476 2) Media Managers - 225 3) Encompass Mid-Tier Servers - 10 4) VIQ ICM Tools - 476; and 5) Encompass Central Servers - 4 This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Higdon Business Solutions, Inc. is the sole source for acquiring VIQ/Encompass software maintenance support.
