Solicitation W912HQ26RA001 is for program support services to the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) under the Department of Defense. The objective is to assist in developing and demonstrating technologies that meet environmental and energy requirements through reports, studies, document reviews, program tracking via the System for Environmental Management (SEMS), and multi-media outreach.
