Invitation to Qualify for the Procurement Process for Energy System Operational Data----------------------------------------------------------------------------Solicitation 22-58133 Invitation to Qualify is hereby amendment (AMD001) as follows:Insert 1.5 A virtual respondents' conference will be held on Tuesday March 7th 2023 at 11am (English Session) and Tuesday March 7th 2023 at 1pm (French Session). The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that respondents who intend to submit a response attend or send a representative. Respondents are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Respondents should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the name(s) and email address(es) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than Monday March 6th 2023. Any clarifications or changes to the Invitation to Qualify resulting from the respondents' conference will be included as an amendment to the Invitation to Qualify.
