The CRTC requires the provision of a full range of engagement-related event management services from a supplier, including but not limited to gathering information related to travel expenses from certain participants in Phase 2. In addition to this, the CRTC seeks to secure services for the planning and delivery of engagement sessions (including meetings, conferences, summit, round tables) on an “as and when requested basis”, as it relates to building the public record for Phase 2 of the co-development of an Indigenous Broadcasting Policy proceeding. All engagement events are to discuss matters and questions related to Notice of Consultation 2024-67 and subsequent processes in Phase 2 of the proceeding.
