Engineering Consultant for Traffic Signal Management and Design Project

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), for and on behalf of The District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT) (the District), pursuant to the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (PPRA), and 27 DCMR Chapter 26, is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from architecture and engineering firms interested in providing professional engineering services to the District for the Traffic Signal Management and Design project (the Project).
