Engineering Services for: Tecumseh Park Area Sewer Separation, Phases 3-4

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is soliciting proposals for consulting engineering services to manage the sewer separation and reconstruction of various streets in the Tecumseh Park area of Chatham. The project encompasses the detailed design, contract preparation, administration, construction inspection, and close-out for three phases of work. Key physical requirements include the installation of approximately 940 meters of new sanitary sewer and three new storm sewer outlets to the Thames River and McGregor Creek, the removal of 885 meters of existing combined sewer, and the construction of watermains, concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, asphalt road surfaces, and streetlight upgrades.
