Engineering Services for Yuba City Water Treatment Plant Sedimentation & Flocculation Basin Rehabilitation Project

The City of Yuba City's Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide comprehensive professional services for the rehabilitation of the flocculation and sedimentation basins at their Water Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes condition assessment, predesign, environmental documentation and construction permitting if necessary, detailed design, assistance during bidding, and services throughout the construction phase such as construction support and optional construction management. This procurement aims to select a consultant team based on submitted proposals evaluated according to specific criteria outlined in the request for proposals (RFP). Proposals must be submitted by July 10, 2026, and any questions related to the RFP are to be submitted through the Public Purchase portal at least seven working days before the proposal deadline. Responses to inquiries will be posted on the same platform, and interested proposers are responsible for monitoring updates and addenda.
