The Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional engineering services (condition assessment, predesign, environmental documentation if required, construction permitting if required, design, bidding assistance, and services during construction including construction support and optional construction management) for the rehabilitation of the rectangular flocculation and sedimentation basins at the City of Yuba City Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be used as the basis for selecting the consultant team. Consultant proposals will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in this RFP. All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted through Public Purchase no later than seven (7) working days prior to the proposal submission deadline. Responses to questions will be posted on Public Purchase, and it is the responsibility of proposers to check for updates and addenda.
