The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). EPCOR is seeking a qualified proponent to supply direct replacement bushings for installation at the EPCOR Clover Bar Substation Transformer 2. The replacement component should meet all technical specifications and compatibility standards listed in Schedule D. The Successful Proponent shall enter a five (5) year agreement with EPCOR, pursuant to which the Proponent shall supply EPCOR with bushings of identical or substantially similar specifications for the full duration of the contract. EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply.
