eProcurement Solutions and Services (2022-2027)

The eProcurement Solutions and Services contract, active from 2022 through 2027, provides participating states with flexible procurement options for eProcurement systems under three distinct categories. Category 1 offers a full solution encompassing licensing, implementation, deployment, and ongoing operational support for a complete eProcurement platform. Category 2 allows states to implement selected workstreams within the eProcurement system, delivering tailored functionality with the same comprehensive support structure. Category 3 permits the standalone purchase of eProcurement software without any associated services, enabling organizations to leverage existing internal capabilities for implementation and support. The contract is managed through a cooperative framework led by Maine and administered by NASPO, with a response deadline extending through December 2027.
