Proponents intending to submit a Proposal for this competition shall contact the Procurement Officer, at procurement@halifaxwater.ca, to request the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Upon receipt of the Proponent-signed NDA, the Procurement Officer will grant the Proponent access to the designated solicitation documents.This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Q115-2025 – Eastern Passage WWTF Primary Pipe Gallery Makeup Air Unit and UV Building Heat Recovery Ventilator Replacements, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Halifax Water is seeking a qualified Mechanical/HVAC contractor to carry out work at the Eastern Passage Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project involves removing two existing HVAC units and supplying and installing two new units. Specifically, the units involved are the Makeup Air Unit (MAU) for the Primary Clarifier Pipe Gallery and the Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) for the UV Building.
