All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Thursday July 16th 2026 at 14:00 EDT. Real Property Branch requires a qualified consultant to provide consultant engineering services to design and implement a strategy for remediation of three areas of Lyons Creek East, located in the Niagara Region of Ontario. The period of work for this contract, including optional services, is estimated to be from contract award into 2031. There will be a mandatory site visit on Tuesday July 7th at 9:00AM EDT. Attendance by a representative of the bidder is required in order to submit an offer.
