No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the submission deadline. The contract requires completion within 365 days from the date of notice to proceed. Prospective bidders may obtain the full bidding documents from Watkins & Associates, LLC, located at 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, GA, for a non-refundable fee of $300 in cash or check or $309 via credit or debit card. Digital documents will be sent via electronic download upon payment, with the transmission date serving as the official receipt date. Bidding documents are also available for in-person review at City Hall or the Engineer’s office during regular business hours, but partial sets will not be provided, and neither the City nor the Engineer assumes responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of documents obtained from unauthorized sources.
