Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC, PSPC), on behalf of Transport Canada (TC) is seeking to retain a Contractor to provide construction services associated with the decommissioning and replacement of gasoline and diesel fuel storage tank systems at the Churchill Airport Maintenance Garage in Churchill, Manitoba. Specifically, to permanently withdraw from service, remove, and dispose of one split/dual compartment gasoline and diesel aboveground storage tank (AST) and associated piping and ancillary equipment, and supply and install one dual compartment split tank and all associated piping and ancillary equipment for the storage and dispensing of gasoline and diesel. The work is to be conducted by a person approved by the Province of Manitoba as per the aforementioned Storage Tank Systems for Petroleum Products and Allied Petroleum Products Regulations; i.e., a Licensed Petroleum Technician licensed in the Province of Manitoba.
