EUR/ATHENS-Electronic Biometric Keys Management Cabinet

The American Embassy in Athens, Greece, is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 19GR1026Q0041 for the provision and installation of a wall-mounted Electronic Biometric Keys Management Cabinet, such as Key Watcher Touch or an equivalent system. The requirement includes a cabinet capable of holding approximately 260 to 300 keys, 300 key fobs, and a biometric control panel. The system must feature on-premises software for managing at least 60 user profiles, tracking key issuance and returns, and generating daily logistics reports. Additionally, the solution must include a battery backup or a manufacturer-approved manual key override system. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price agreement to the lowest priced, acceptable, and responsible quoter. The place of performance is the U.S. Embassy in Athens, and the contractor must be supported by an authorized corporate representative with a designated point of contact for technical support and parts within Greece.
