AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 22, 2023 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and His Majesty the King in Right of Canada. In accordance with section 9.35.35 Notification of Procurement, this is to provide notification of the subject solicitation. This solicitation is limited for bidding among firms registered on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a Design-Builder team, to undertake the installation of the wind turbine and associated equipment at the Canadian High Arctic Research Station (CHARS) in Ikaluktutiak (Cambridge Bay), Nunavut. See Terms of Reference for more details. The proponent must be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Nunavut.
