Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The government intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to (ExLibris Group) for the following services: copy installation, by moving the COTS (commercial off the shelf) application DigiTool from the existing server's Solaris operating system to the new server's Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system. This requirement is for Air University Library at Maxwell AFB, AL for the period of 29 June 2015 - 10 July 2015. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is _541511 with a size standard of $ 25 million.
