Bids must be submitted in writing on official forms, signed by the bidder or their authorized representative, and remain binding for 90 days after the bid opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on base bid and any selected alternates, though the City retains sole discretion to accept or reject alternates. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids under California Public Contracts Code sections 20166 and 20167. Bid submissions are due no later than August 20, 2026, with all correspondence and documentation handled through the Public Purchase platform.
