Executive Membership

The Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection plans to award a sole source purchase order to The Corporate Executive Board Company for annual executive memberships in several specialized executive councils, including the CIO Executive Board, Application, Infrastructure, Information Risk, Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Procurement Strategy, and IT Performance Benchmarking Services. The membership period spans from September 1, 2010, through August 31, 2011, and provides participants with access to meetings, onsite topic sessions, teleconferences and webinars, strategic priority assistance, various materials and services, as well as digital and print publications and decision support tools. The award will be made through Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition rules as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, with an anticipated award date of September 1, 2010. This procurement is a sole source acquisition, meaning no solicitation or competitive quotes will be requested or accepted. All activities related to this contract will be managed by the Procurement Directorate Contracting Division located in Washington, DC, with performance taking place in Springfield, Virginia. Points of contact for this acquisition include designated contract specialists from DHS who can provide further administrative support as needed.
