Full Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 337211, Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,000 employees.
This requirement is for the purchase of executive style desks and furniture for five offices and a reception area for the 91st Operations Group, Minot AFB, ND. This will include delivery, installation, assembly and removal of old furniture in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Pictures are provided for reference only.
Offers must be priced on the attached Price List. Offers must include pictures and product specifications of proposed furniture, proposed layout of offices and reception area, and proposed plan for recruiting and employment of individuals to remove, deliver, and install furniture. All products offered must be Buy American Act compliant. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Best value will be determined by considering price, past performance, quality of proposed products, and conformance of the offer to the RFQ and attachments.
A site visit was held on June 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CDT. As a result of the site visit, the following updates are provided:
- Frosted glass doors on bookcases are preferred but not required.
- All measurements provided by the Government are approximate.
- Furniture dimensions can vary from SOW as long as they fit the space.
- All desks must have privacy panels all the way to the floor.
