Expanding Global Health Security through local partnerships in Senegal

This contract aims to strengthen Senegal's public health infrastructure by enhancing its capacity to prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease threats. The initiative focuses on improving public health surveillance systems, including community-based surveillance, expanding and upgrading laboratory networks, and providing workforce training to build a sustainable and resilient health security framework. These efforts are aligned with the objectives of the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) and seek to promote collaboration among implementing partners to facilitate cross-sectoral coordination and encourage innovative solutions.
