Interested organizations are asked to submit a written expression of interest by October 18, 2024, detailing their program name, operational counties, the specific programs they wish to support, their service delivery approach, and the number of youth they can serve while complying with relevant regulations. The procurement emphasizes adherence to COMAR regulations and includes a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontracting goal, encouraging providers to explore MBE certification opportunities.
