Expressions of Interest Sought The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease inMount Dora, Florida, that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,820 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. Minimum ABOA square feet: 1,800 Maximum ABOA square feet: 1,850 The lease term requirement is for 5 years. The space must be available for occupancy by July 1, 2014. The delineated area is North - Orange Avenue; West - Lakeshore Drive; South - Lakeshore Drive; and East - North Donnelly Street, in Mount Dora, Florida. Other applicable requirements include the following features: - Parking for 11 reserved surface parking spaces for official Government vehicles. Parking for 18 additional vehicles within 1 block of office. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
